When it comes to gambling I have not said this to myself. The only time I said something similar to myself was when I chased a loss and I lost. I just said to myself that I won't do this again. That is I won't chase after another loss again and since then I have kept to it. However there are other aspects of my life that I have failed in this aspect of not going back.
