What the heck is going on from block 901723 on?

Some entity already burned more than 18BTC with about 50x overpaid transaction fees to the burner address 1FuckiRGCTerroristsNoBiTEXXXaAovLX. Right now, I couldn't find anything on Google about this address and what specific message it tries to carry.
