Most of us probably don’t believe that it’s possible to be profitable in sports betting.
Believing isn't the problem, but expectations to get a good win from it at a definite time interval could be met with serious disappointment

On the other hand, there are people who truly believe they can win, especially in the long run. and that’s the mindset we need if we want to take sports betting seriously and make it a long-term journey.
Take it seriously at your own mental and financial risk. I did back then and it got the better part of me and landed me into depression. Ain't going back that route again. I prefer to take my job and upgrading my skills seriously,  then for fun, I can include gambling. Profitable or not, I care less.

I totally agree with you on this, and yes taking gambling very serous make no sense to me. Because this will make one not to be focusing on other important things like skill or your job as you will be seeing them as stress, of course that's the feeling since there's no stress in gambling you can decide to stay at home all day just to gamble and no one will be aware of it, this is why most people would want to  take it very serious over every other thing, most people failed to understand that there's no Shortcut to success. If you want to be successful in life definitely you will need to work for it, you can't sit back and hoping to be successful without performing any task, No" it never works like that. Gambling is not among this type of struggle we are talking about Here, if gambling is profitable like skill or job people wouldn't have been hunting for job or stressing themselves in learning skills. But since gambling can not provide any of this, is not worth taking serous.
