Winning is all that matters to so many gamblers and when they are not winning, it makes them start to gamble with emotions so that they can make sure they win back all they lost, but they forget that while gambling, they don't get to choose when they win or lose. Like you said, no body is happy for losing but regardless it's not wise to start chasing losses, when a gambler doesn't win after wagering some money many times, best choice is to take a brake for the main time.

Once a gambler begins to focus on making money from gambling, it leads to addiction and trying new possibilities just to make sure they continuously take profits. A responsible gambler will forfeit the benefit of constant profits, enjoy the fun, and be able to bear the losses whenever the bets fail. We generally look happy when we win, but at what expense?

This advise can not be for me because before going to gamble the plan is to make profit because that's the aim of gambling for me, sometimes I am lucky to win and sometimes losses is all I get but that doesn't stop me from thinking about making profits more than losses in gambling. Addiction in gambling is not caused by placing profit in front rather I think addicted gamblers are those greedy gamblers who has no limits to what they do even when they are losing.

just remember that your experience is not universal
even though your main goal when gambling is to make money others won't care about it or simply will have other goals (show off, have fun, etc) before making money, they could see making money as a plus factor, something that adds to the fun, but not the main thing that would motivate them to keep gambling or to quit it

Therefore, a lot depends on the goal and why we are in gambling. If a player needs money, then he must fully concentrate on the result and choice, creating the best strategies that would allow him to get the best ROI. Only professionals can earn money and they are ready that at some point their strategies will come to an end, because the rules will change or smarter players will appear who have even better strategies. Therefore, I chose to just play for fun and not strain myself, limiting my losses per day. This is completely enough for me, although if I accidentally win, of course I am happy about it.
