The first half result is still in favor of Manchester City and they are in a good position, although they should have scored more as opponents. However, we can expect a stronger fight from big teams like Man City in the second half. Since the opponent is not much of a threat to Manchester City, we may see goals from Manchester City in this match. However, I guess Manchester City would win at least 5 goals. Since Wydad's defense is weak. So hopefully I will see a better gameplay from Manchester City players in the second half.
It is probably going to end with that result and I wonder whether Manchester City will seriously improve until the next season begins. There is no dominance, no real dedication like they usually show in their games. I was hoping for a more impressive performance by Manchester United, but maybe they are playing it at a level barely good enough to pass these games and then maybe step up their games when it becomes serious. However, this is what I thought they would do for the whole past season and every time I thought this is the game they will show their best, it was the same as always and they tied or lost.
