Thanks for the summary. Honestly, I don’t think their new system is working well at all. The waiting time for any response is just ridiculous, and they could be much more straightforward in their communication, both in emails and via live support.

It feels unacceptable and completely unprofessional that a customer like me gets three different explanations about what I supposedly did wrong, each from a different platform. Imagine being in my shoes and never being told clearly that I’m restricted because of “sport abuse.”

Back to the email situation, I’m basically dealing with accusations of bad conduct (AML), but when I asked them to reconsider and at least refund my deposit, I got nothing. Just total silence and no proper replies at all.


I completely understand your frustration, as this latest approach to tackle issues by Rollbit themselves is also a headache for me. This iss the extent of what I can do for you, though. And though I am not trying or wanting to defend them here, I have to say that they do have a clause in the ToS that allows them to confiscate funds upon violation. Normally, casinos will return initial or latest deposit, however, they also have a right to not doing it
