We have too many senior members hiding behind newbie alt accounts in order to post some topic meant to smear someone's name or create a new project, which may or may not turn out to be a complete scam in the future.
Does this not go to show that the problem is not newbies if higher ranked users disguise as newbies to do things like that? They can always find their way around any restriction to that and actual well meaning newbies will be frustrated by those restrictions.
@Jay, if you are limited to post only in one board, your visibility is limited, there's no better explanation than that. When you are only visible in one board out of 50 boards, isn't that visibility limitations?
That is not what the OP is about. There is a difference between not being able to post and posting but not being able to reach a wider audience due to algorithm. That is a posting limitation, not a visibility one.
