Manchester United was better under the management of Sir Alex Ferguson and when he was there he ensured that the team has the players that is willing to represent the team but when he left everything changed the team no longer has the quality players they used to have and the management of the team has done little or nothing to salvage the situation so I think the owners has failed in restructuring the team because if they want to do that they would have gotten a better coach and players to rebuild the team.
Sir Alex Ferguson left this club decade ago now talking about him and services for honor is good but still keeping him due to performance and quality is not good deal because things are already gone from bad to worse and no one well aware about this.
Board members are doing things which they feel ok while coaches are also doing their best but still fail to keep consistency and improved performance which is miserable while they are having too many big names which can turn their tables by their own, but sadly things are not going as they needed which is wired thing happening. Few are feeling changing of all team could be ok but if they again fail to bring improvement then what is next now Ruben is having good chance to bring good players which work ok under his strategy because this is the best option but if he fails then what is next it's fascinating.
