It is. That's what they're doing. They shouldn't have promised that their token project would make comeback in the first place. They're just giving false hope to investors of the FortuneJack token.It would be understandable if there was visible progress of the project but there’s none.

Instead of feeding investors with empty hope, FortuneJack should process refunds. That’s how it should be when project clearly isn’t moving forward refund the investors.
Exactly, that’s what I’ve been demanding from the beginning, ever since it became clear that something wasn’t right and time kept passing. But instead, they chose a path of irresponsibility and silence, acting as if the project wasn’t theirs and completely washing their hands of everything that happened. Something as simple as an apology and refunds should have been done back in January, and yet here we are at the end of June with nothing but empty promises. It’s a disgrace that a company behaves this way, but sadly it seems to be a common practice.
