Usually this situation is only felt by most gamblers who want to double their money at gambling places, in reality they lose everything and regret their actions by promising themselves not to gamble again. The promise is just an emotional outburst due to having just lost money, but the reality is that (those who are addicted) find it very difficult to stop. I prefer to play casually without targeting something bigger, for me gambling is a game to entertain myself, so every money I spend is part of buying entertainment after spending a lot of energy on work.

The perspective you have when gambling is absolutely correct, and I think every gambler should maintain this perspective. Basically, the kind of purpose you have in gambling, that can have a big impact on your result, in this case, if your purpose is only to make money, then your chances of losing are much higher, because those who gamble with this kind of perspective are definitely addicted at some point, which leads them to disaster. The main thing is that you can never expect to double your money or win something big suddenly, these are completely dependent on luck, so do not only think about winning in gambling, give importance to entertainment in gambling, because gambling is only for entertainment.  Wink
