If there is not enough financial support, it may be difficult to change the team in a short time and even for teams that have quite good finances also experience the same problem. If Amorim is given time to change the team for the better, the potential to develop is much more open, but if next season Amorim fails again and finishes in a lower ranking, it will be difficult for him to stay at Manchester United.
Ferguson's era may be different because the club did not think instantly to achieve success but now the pattern is different and almost most teams want success in a short time. Manchester United are entering a difficult season and it is not easy for any coach to achieve success quickly and I believe it has to be done slowly.
The pressure to become Manchester United coach is very strong from the fans and also the management which makes this job will not be easy for Amorim, in short Ten Hag who was given a large financial support failed to improve the performance of the Manchester United team, let alone now Amorim continues with the existing squad, I really don't think Amorim will be successful.
Manchester United has not managed to rise from its slump for a long time so I think the management must find another way that is different from what they have done, maybe changing everything in the squad like Chelsea has done can be tried or making a future plan by bringing in many potential young players but certainly nothing is instant.
Next season I think we don't need to expect too much for Manchester United, especially since they haven't made many changes, I think it will be the same as what happened last season.
