I can understand how he feels as it is a disappointment due to the long waiting of his small withdrawal. Maybe other users including me will feel the same and act the same like him because a month waiting for a small withdrawal + no reply at all from the casino make it worst. Although there is no good reason for a casino to scam just for such a small amount of money but this experience may affect other potential players to play in betbolt. Logically, if a small withdrawl may take a month to be processed without a clear reason, it may also happen for bigger withdrawal amount. Betbolt need to have better service and communication with players regardless how much money involved in the issue.
I understand what you mean, totally. But still OP is not at fault here since he is just managing the ANN thread, and he replied and also played a part in settling this (by forwarding it). So I thought a thank you would be something one could say.
Also, looking at the posting history of the player it's not like he never had any problems at other sites. Only in the last month he complained about issues at whale and blackjack.fun. Sure it's minor problems but still there is a history. Anyway, glad it got resolved, he hopefully gets his money and the case is closed.
