This season was a great one for Arsenal, as they started with a wonderful performance, but the lack of consistency has been killing them a lot, and that’s why they lost up to 14 matches. If not for that, Arsenal supposedly could’ve overtaken Liverpool from the top standings. Because when Liverpool was losing and played a draw in some of their matches, Arsenal was supposed to use that opportunity to cover up their points, but the funny thing is that at the same time, they were also losing to most of their opponents.
Nevertheless, we go again next coming season. I hope that Arsenal will try as much as possible to learn from their previous mistakes and make their performances so much better than last season. At least with the way they ended the season, it proved that Arsenal can still beat the Gunners in the Premier League next season.
If I am not mistaken, this will be the second or third season Arsenal are finishing the league as second on the table, and they are still not able to identify their mistakes and get a trophy for themselves. It’s not that I hate Arsenal or anything, but at least they need to work on themselves and get a trophy.
Arsenal’s performance will always stress you and end up disappointing you, because they always start the season with good form. When we get to the mid-season, they start playing poorly and losing games carelessly, including games you wouldn’t even expect them to lose, they lose them.
But maybe they will change the narrative this upcoming season, we don’t know yet. Let’s wait and see if they will disappoint again or finally do something tangible, which will be decided at the end of the season.
