Hello Tuduh,

We have check with our team, UID 53390187 should not have any pending or uncredited transaction.

The transactions and amount you see on Arbitrum Chain, https://arbiscan.io/address/0xff5F3443e6905CB73e27be4e9Eef2889312b96Fa, is due to the custodial nature of the wallet. The wallet owned and controlled by BC. The amount or transaction, in or out, from and to the wallet does not directly equate that the transactions happen from and to UID 53390187.

If you feel that you still have an uncredited deposit, please assist us with the TXID of the deposits and we will investigate right away. Thank you.
um no thats not true i know that is mine as some i noticed missing, which i didnt notice this until one of the deposit defiently didnt go in.

you guys even deleted my recent history and are refusing giving me a full history of the wallets data from deposit one to now

you have done this to alot of people how many didnt notice still? why is your customer support not helping at all and lieing saying all different things? also refusing to give data isnt that illegal since it is in your rules
