Political tensions does have an effect on economies of their various regions, and yes at some point it will become necessary such regions adopt these changes soo it can help with their sustainability through all of the political strives, but I do not agree to the idea that AI will some day take over jobs completely. Even AI needs some forms of human interference for them to be completely effective so I don't believe AI completely take away jobs in the future.  They will be helpful to mitigate some human flaws but it will be more of a collaborative work to achieving the best results for the change of things to taking a better shape and adopting to the economic situation at hand as at the moment they are been incorporated.  During situations as war and economic melt down, AI tool cannot be deployed under the supervision of humans to help the situation.  All of this will take some good time to be implemented.
