Yes, Arsenal let go the mayor chance of winning a Premier League this season, i dont know if we are gonna see again a Manchester City this bad and a Liverpool team which was good but not the good it was under Klopp management scoring 90 points in the season, so..... im sorry for Arsenal fans, but yes they are not gonna be champions of Premier League for a long time.
They have already blown all the chances they have to win the league they were close twice challenging Manchester City but failed and then when Manchester City had a bad season they couldn't still win it, they messed up and let Liverpool win it before them. They looked promising but failed and now it will be almost impossible to win it because a lot of teams will improve their game, teams like Manchester City, Chelsea and even Liverpool now will want to challenge for the title making it more teams to compete with. You can't be so sure, they can win it but will only be difficult.
