Chasing/desperation phase: This is when you have lost so much money that you will do anything to win it back. This may involve lying to friends and family members, borrowing or stealing money in order to gamble, and chasing your losses. By this stage, it is extremely difficult to quit, since the gambler is in so much financial ruin that they are desperate for money.

It sounds just as scary as it is, having to go through all these just to satisfy an urge that could mean you lying to yourself and all that you care about, that’s just worst. Persons under such level of control by gambling don’t need to be left alone, they need to be watched at all times because, you never can tell what they might do to themselves or somebody. Rehabilitation definitely is advised and maybe, just maybe they could find a way out of addiction.
Let me say my view concerning gambling and addiction,  to be free from addiction you have to have a determination to leave gambling else you can't leave gambling, so that's the major thing we need to understand,  gambling is a determination or a personal decision if you don't want to be addicted what you are ought to do, is to forget to chase after your loses, because that has been one of the things that's so many persons to be addicted and they have a remedy to forget about gambling
