I'm seeing only Manchester City and Liverpool making good signings, they're showing every sign of seriousness and determination to win games. Liverpool, who's not frighten when they see the club making bold moves in the transfer window. They're bringing in important players that are filled with hunger to play good football. We're not talking about average players but top level players, accompany with outstanding qualities to spell out good performance.
Liverpool are already clear, with some of their top signings in the opening of the transfer market this season, Jeremie Frimpong and Florian Wirtz who are both top players from Leverkusen. As for Man City, so far, Tijjani Reijnders, Milan's mainstay Central Midfield, is indeed good, as are Rayan Aït-Nouri (LB) and also Rayan Cherki (RW), well, decent players.
