Such a shame if the response time is that bad. Hopefully, this will get resolved soon. I think they've been quite active in the past, too. I wonder if there's a reason why they no longer post and update regularly here? Judging from the fact that the sig campaign is still running without any issue, it's hard to imagine they ran into funding problems that make them reduce the support quality. While I haven't faced a similar issue, customer service response time should be fast in any business.
