Today I want to share with you a little side effects of not gambling with a right frame of mind..
For few days now I haven't been much active online here to comment on the gambling section and any other sections and even if I come online I wouldn't be that focused to make analysis because I am being emotionally and mentally affected (this is personal life issues). Few days ago while I was away, I went visiting an uncle, although after some brief discussion I decided to fund my account to gamble online to see if gambling could make me feel relief since I am a bit affected, but it seems that the more I tried to play the game the more I lose focus while gambling online and before I knew my account was drained (though was gambling with what I can afford to lose), after somewhile had to realized that is bad gambling while you are emotionally and mentally unstable.

I have to ask; how do you control or manage your emotions while gambling?
Do you gamble when you are emotionally unstable or you just distance the gambling site until you are emotionally and mentally balanced?

You can share your thoughts.

There are actual people who feels better after gambling when they are in bad mood, what you stated is all about yourself, you don't feel ease when you gamble meaning you should not repeat such another time, if you are in bad mood don't gamble, find something else to do or someone close to talk to.

If my mind is unsettled or I am in worries gambling won't heal me, I won't feel the need to gamble at the moment, I would rather sleep it off or wait it out, everything takes time, you can't get mad in a second and expect gambling to make you feel better, first thing is avoid that thing that make you feel unease.

Walk away and give it time, you will heal later on, gamble only when you really feel like you want to gamble, it's always a good feeling, if you don't give it time you will end up doing things you aren't supposed to do or even make rash decisions.
