Yes, every move made from you will translates as the ball still being in your court, thus renew the timer. So, yeah, don't bump it unless asked for more information and/or you feel the need to add more info before asked.
And just a forewarning, when a timer runs out, it doesn't exactly means AG will close the case right away, marking it as unresolved and lower the score of the casino. Their aim is to resolve case, a happy ending for both sides. Namely [from your side] getting your funds. So they'll give their best to get you what's yours, even if that means they'll have to give a second or third countdown to Stake.
It doesn't mean AG or CG is in favor of the casino and give the casino more room to breathe and do whatever they want. Rather, they're aiming for a resolution. Certainly it is understandable and much preferred by you to get your fund back than getting their score dropped.
Right well I'll keep on them, if it resolves negatively then that's their own fault.
