E don tey wey me get this kind issues from Nigerian bank o, it's not that I'm lucky enough but I use my common sense follow them, I no gree use traditional bank for transfers again, I only focus on microfinance banks for transfer like opay, palmpay, moniepoint, and the rest, these ones dey hardly cause failure in transfer and if it happens, e dey reflect back automatically within some few minutes.
True. Since I started using fintech, I can't remember once I've encountered issues of serious network problem or me sending the money to a third party and the person didn't see it. If such has ever happened, it's always that the fault is from the end of the bank that the person is using and that can only be the case if the person is not making use of micro finance Bank.

Since most of the commercial banks have refused to work on Thier network and poor customer service, they will have to deal with a lot of customers leaving Thier banks because as it stands, I can't remember the last time I've transacted with a single one of them. Thier sense of entitlement when there's a glitch at Thier end is what makes it even worse. Certainly, network can get bad and that's a fact we all know but when banks can't think of the possible way out in such situation, it becomes a serious course for concern.
