Edit: Yeah I guess the live chat need some improvement..
Not only Betbolt, but there are a lot of casinos with slow support responses, including BC Game. I assume their support team size does not match the user base size, which is why the support cannot handle all the support inquiries at the same time. Or, probably, their support team is too small, so sometimes they leave the live chat without an agent.
I would recommend they hire more support employees to provide better quality support. I see all the issues with the players were solved already. I hope they will continue to provide good services to the players.
