so the mystery about this raffle was that no one knows how the winner was selected 
He has previously stated he uses an AI to select the winner. and posts the video of the the selection process on tiktok
can't find that statement in the previous 4 pages of the raffle and not in the raffle rules. little bit shady but as mentioned: his raffle, his unclear unmentioned rules.
