Still, the fact that you’re thinking about it makes me curious. I’d definitely be interested if you decide to test out your idea and turn it into an experiment.

Well, that's the point of this, of course I'm going to bet on it!

$1000 on just betting, I can never do that. The highest that I have gone on martingale before was $31 which you have explained also, starting from $1 and doubled it until it was five consecutive losses. I can easily afford to lose $31 but I can not afford to lose $1000.

Spread over a few weeks if not months, it's not that big of a deal and I don't think I will get wiped out that easily, long runs of favorites losing do happen, I'm well aware of that but consecutive ones, no! Plus, I'm not playing entirely on my own money!

- $1 loss at 1.8, $2.4 loss at 1.8, $7.5 win with $3.1 bet at 2.4 odds,   $1 profit
- $2.45 win at 2.45 with $1 bet, 1.45 profit
- $1 loss at 2.4, $4 win at 2.0 odds with 2 bet,  $1 profit
- $2.4 win at 2.4 odds with $1 bet,  $1.4 profit

Day 1: 7 bets, max bet $3, $6.5 max bankroll needed,  $4.85 profit
