Victor Osimhen is a very good player and right now his one of the best strikers in the world, but I don't think Manchester United will be good for him reason being that Manchester United are yet to discover what there real problem is and they are not really inform so for me victor osimhen going to Manchester United will not make any difference, but going to Liverpool will really help his career more and more because together they will win more trophy.
I really wanted Arsenal to buy victor osimhen because Arsenal needs someone who will be scoring a lot of goals for them and right now the player that can give them that is victor osimhen.
As usual the English Premier League club may have plenty of options but it appears that Victor Osimhen has become a transfer target for many clubs at the moment. I think this player may be struggling with great determination at the moment because he is doing everything he can to the best of his ability wherever he gets the opportunity. You have rightly stated that Arsenal Football Club needs a player who will score a lot of goals for them but this player may not be considered in the Gunners' alternative plans for this transfer target for upcoming season. I personally believe that if Manchester United want to improve in the coming season, they definitely need an overvalued goalscorer.

both manchester united and arsenal to face the next season both teams really need a more consistent goal scoring machine and Osimhen might be the answer. Man united has made a fairly in-depth approach to the nigerian player, but of course the offer given by arsenla is more tempting because in the next season arsenal plays in the UCL, while man united is not at all good in any european competition. But in terms of transfer value and salary maybe that's what man united will offer, because even though the team is experiencing a financial crisis, man united is known as a club that is quite reckless in bringing in players with a fairly large transfer value and a fairly high player salary.
You are right that both teams need a consistent goal scoring machine but it is still unclear to us which team will be able to take on this highly available Nigerian player. Based on Manchester United's results this season, it seems they deserve this player as they are in dire need of improvement. I witnessed that the player received an unbeatable offer from Simone Inzaghi's Saudi team before the current FIFA Club World Cup. Perhaps he is still dreaming of Europe, which is why he still prefers English Premier League teams at the moment. We can see that he is probably already being followed by many clubs but there is still a lot of speculation about his decision-making.
