I have to ask; how do you control or manage your emotions while gambling?
Do you gamble when you are emotionally unstable or you just distance the gambling site until you are emotionally and mentally balanced?
For some person's when they get emotional they make certain decisions that hence gives them difficulty in handling a lot of things.but then handling emotions can be simple for some depending on the level of emotional breakdown they've encountered,which is why it's not advisable to gamble when not in the right frame of mind cause the decisions taken are mostly chaotic and you wouldn't want that.
Those that are very emotional are not meant to gamble because their present mindset could either make them to gamble with concentrating or to over gamble just to get away with their current state of mind. Gambling is nothing we should do without perusing or analysis. This is a financial decision that needs scrupulous attention so we don't keep betting and not getting any reward.
I gamble a lot most times but I have disciplined myself to stay away from gambling when I am pained or not in a good set of mind. It is better we study ourselves so to know when to gamble and when to stay away from gambling.
