I'm admittedly only 1/2 way done with my daily push-ups today but I'm too excited so I'm reporting early (I'll do another 25 as soon as I hit post). Day 500 is here! I'm admittedly a little worse for wear these days, but I'm healing and it is becoming less and less of a struggle for me to get through my workout by the day. Another week I should be good as new (again). This time I am going to try and do a better job of slowly working my way up to insane exercises instead of pretending I'm still 19.

Edit: Done! 500 days of 100 push-ups!
500 consecutive days is not ordinary and truly calls for celebration. Such a round figure is what anybody would like to have . Consistency is a good thing, no matter how slow. I am happy for you for the success of this thread and for the discipline it has put into members of the forum who has been in the challenge. 500 successful days from the OP is a a very good evidence of leading by example. But the only Advice I will give is that in this your second half of this exercise, break the bond and try boosting your pushups number a little, even though I realised that you've strictly kept to the rules of just 100 pushups per day with very little or almost no additions.

How was I not able to attend this party on the 18th, haha. For me, There are more reasons to continue than quit. Many targets to reach and different body mass in view. Everyone has the right to do what they like, but for me, in this my not too old age, I will push my bit.
As has been my norm, early hours pushups are very enduring, you push for the long term body size effect and you also push for the immediate gain of gaining heat. I just added 7 sets of 20 pushups and the that hotness I needed is already here.
