OP, you shared a screenshot of your last conversation with their customer support.
They said they would let you withdraw your most recent deposit. Did they do that?
I understand that you want to withdraw all the money you have deposited, but unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. If you have lost some of the money you have deposited while playing, then they can’t refund it to you.
