Just to be clear, you tried to make a withdrawal, but then it was cancelled, and the amount still reflects in your affiliate account?
Any reason that was given as to why your withdrawal was suspended?
Also, how did you contact the marketing managers? Did you also try this email (
business@bc.game)? It seems to be major used by affiliate partners for consultations and help.
Thanks for trying to help me .I placed a withdrawal and they refunded the money and got withdrawal suspended error. Yes, the amount still reflecting in my account.
No reason was given to me and told me to contact marketing manager. I tried to emailed to your mentioned address too but no response till now.
