War causes inflation and low standard of living. If you don't contribute in airing your view to stop your country from going to war, then be ready to buy things at high cost if you are alive there. You are speaking of yourself but you don't understand that war can result into different kinds of hardship for people that are alive including starvation, where have your money but you can't buy what you need. War lead to so many attrocities in the land including rape, stealing and that family you care for might be victims. So you don't need to be selfish or self centered in things concerning the world around you. You can help in your own little way to better people around you. It is true that politicians and some government policies don't favour the poor mostly but you also have to be optimistic and don't give up. It is a small world where you can contribute your own little.
