The Turkish league may not be good for player like Oshimen but If not for the money involve I think the Turkish league is better than the Saudi league because the Turkish is somehow known to people than the Saudi league and you can see that Oshimen name is coming out but if he should go to Saudi I doubt if people will still be hearing about him like the way they are hearing about him now. The reason why Ronaldo name was able to come out was because he is one of the greatest of all time in the history of football and he is the most popular footballer in the whole world and so if Oshimen is going to Saudi then, there is every possibility that his name may not reign again like before.
You are right that the Turkish league is more familiar to us than the Saudi league. Very few of us know the Saudi league well. So if Osimhen plays in the Saudi league, then maybe we will not hear Osimhen's name again in a few days.
