It’s indeed frustrating to be requested another level of KYC after you completed the first. Judging from this casino format, you already submitted ID and Selfie on first verification since this is the standard KYC requirements.
Can you share the screenshot of the support for the reason? Are they accusing of something that violate their ToS?
