I used to think Arsene Wenger was very strict with funds when he was Arsenal’s manger. I hoped that culture of not spending in the transfer window would change under Mikel Arteta but it seems the club is not changing her ways anytime soon. Even though it’s obvious they are in desperate need of a proficient striker.
