I made this thread as per instructions from the recovery email, I don't know who handles it but I guess its the admin.
The problem is that you have already made many posts outside Meta and that means that you have been evading your ban for nearly 9 months.
According to forum rules, you can create a new account for your ban appeal and that was exactly what was suggested to you, but you are not allowed to use your alt accounts to post somewhere else.
