If we already know that by only using a VPN we can access the casino, then we should be ready for the consequences in the future that we will experience. So go ahead if you want to force yourself to use a VPN, as long as we are ready for the risks.
The problem is that some people are not ready for the risks, for example they use a VPN to be able to access, but when there is a problem later they will blame the casino and even bring a narrative that discredits the casino. They act as if they did nothing wrong, when in fact from the start they themselves forced themselves.
That is right.
When these gamblers are aware that the casinos like otherworld is unavailable in their region, what they do is still try to access it for some reasons. If there are some bonuses that they're trying to get and that's why they still pursue despite the ruling.
In the end, when they've been caught that they're from restricted countries, they'll complain and they blame the casino. Where in fact, from the first place they are aware of it and shouldn't pushed for that.
With VPN, they think that they already were allowed to proceed but that's another violation for most casinos if they have seen and proved a user uses it.
That's when irresponsible people do something, and even when there are other violations that they consciously do, still when there is a problem they blame the casino for the problems that occur next.
There are people who say they did it unintentionally, but I doubt that, because how could something they know be unintentional. I can only say they are just lazy to read the TOS of a casino which ends up harming themselves.
In fact, we may have seen many people on this forum with their new accounts protesting in the casino's thread and saying that the casino is a scammer.
