Not everyone who reads the comments here has the ability to differentiate between objective opinions and subjective positions based on emotion or the perception that a brand's reputation could be affected by certain unsubstantiated claims.
I believe it's worth alerting some users about the opinions they share and how these subjective opinions can harm the brand's reputation and the user's own reputation. Some will read this and conclude that these claims are merely speculation until we find evidence to support them.
You are right - not all of these people have the same judgment about what they read. Some will look for evidence before they believe what they just read - but others will believe it right away. A brand's reputation can be tarnished by negative user reviews - but if the reviews are valid, then the brand should definitely be held accountable. Resolving issues should be done on a case-by-case basis - casino representatives need to be involved in the resolution, they should be proactive in responding during the resolution process.
