To be honest - my initial gambling addiction was a trial and error. I gambled because I was curious about how it would feel to win - but after winning I gambled more and more and sometimes couldn't stop myself. It was an addiction after a few wins - then I got sobered up by a losing streak that I decided not to spend too much money on gambling anymore. This is my honest story - so it is really easy to be addicted no matter what our gambling results are. Winning can be addictive - as can losing, both trigger the desire to win more or recover losses.

The best gamblers are those who are responsible and gamble within normal limits. They should not chase wins and plan to recoup losses - that is, let them lose and enjoy the winnings. It's not as easy as it sounds - but the best gamblers are those who know their limits and gamble responsibly.
