For the record, this is one of the reason why one specific casino retract themselves from the forum and shift their dispute resolution methods to channeling into one method only, that creates a huge backlog, that, in a way, make the players' situation unnecessarily become more difficult. Because people keep urging others to announce their situation on the ANN and nudge all of their contact, that's basically create chaos as the player now have "multiple" tickets.

I haven't been able to reach my contact yesterday because I usually let all of my contacts on every casino alone during their weekend unless it's urgent, plus I was busy myself yesterday that I can only pop into the forum to update my list [otherwise it'll become a backlog for myself].
I've reached them just now, first thing in the morning, with your UID and ask them if they can escalate this to the marketing division or give me an insight themselves of what happened. Please wait.
And don't post on their ANN. It'll only add another headache for me as I'll have to oversee two different threads simultaneously to be sure I didn't lose any update from their officials in case they replied you themselves there..
