My first commissions and withdrawals did not went through swap.
I would like to make it clear that before withdrawing my commissions - I swapped all my commissions to one crypto and processed for withdrawal. Whenever I got error message I thought this might be happened due to swap policy. I wagered to be eligible to withdraw but withdrawal issue remained same.
The escalation was done by HD, and it seems that there was already a result about it being unlocked. We can't conclude anything as to why it happened to you but if it's okay already, check it as he said. And follow just what he said of not posting yet on their ann thread.
