Mate I checked it here’s a few missing, I’ll get every single deposit I done in the last 90 days and compare you will see. Also the hr support told me they only have for 60 days lmao which is another lie I think I might just go to the charge back route if the wanna play games . They do this on purpose stall you so you just give up but yeah I don’t give up
I am somewhat sure they're referring to the duration of dispute-window, suppose someone deposited, the fund got past the blockchain, and didn't get credited to the account. Of which... actually 30 days, not 60 days, according to your own screenshot. 90 days are the time you can see the history of your deposit.
These are two very different topic, not sure how you got mixed these up.
About the missing deposit, if you can share here the screenshot of the withrawal from your wallet [thus, deposit to BC], the TXID, and the page of that 90-days duration of deposit history from BC that indeed show your fund on that specific date was not credited, it'll be a good start. We can probably begin with the one from 14 April?
