Liverpool agreed to sell Quansah for 35 Million Euros to Leverkusen, I don't know if this is a lose for Liverpool or not. His value is actually fair for 35 Million Euros because his performance isn't that good even he had been played for 2 years in Liverpool.

But, Quansah might able to improve and upgrade his level because he' still young.
As long as Liverpool can bring in a better replacement then that's not a problem. because yeah I think Liverpool might have other plans to bring in players who are thought to be a better fit for the team.

And the news I got is that Liverpool are eyeing Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi. But to be honest, I haven't seen which one is better between the two. but of course the club understands better what their team needs more.
