I believe he must have been following the game live before he could make this successful cashout in the odd time at "90" minutes otherwise I believe in the next second or minute the cashout would had been unavailable.
The 90th minute? How's that possible to have some few cents ontop of his initial deposit which was 10k, and that's only about 3 games gone on that ticket? Normally, he's not even supposed to get his complete wager points since he has more games left to have the whole ticket on green.
