It's been over a week now that filled out the form for the VIP transfer and I have not yet heard anything back.  I think my numbers are quite good so I am a bit surprised this is taking so long.

Do you have many of these requests at the moment? Since I represent you guys here I also want to test the site obviously, which makes more sense if the transfer would be in place. Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.
