Dude, Barcelona are playing long game don't think they are just developing a squad only for next season. Young talents like Nico Williams is close to a deal, along with this whisper is about 19 year old Rooney Bardghazi from Copenhagen for just 2.5 million. I will say Laporta is managing the funds accurately to avoid financial crisis. Yeah, the deals for Joan Garcia and Williams has already been committed to around 75 million, looks like huge where Bardghazi move seems like the smartest one & low risk investment.
My concern is that the defence remains untouch till now. For now, Flick is focusing only on the youngsters, so the midfield and attack look sparkling. If he wants a fulfill team, the backline needs to be strengthened badly.
