You should at least provide a username and your region for them to check.
Also, if you are serious about the claim, you should provide some form of proof as well, like chat screenshots of your communication with the support.
Without such information, they won't take your claim seriously. Usually, they were fast to respond to claims like this, so no worries.

The bookmaker must provide evidence and specify which exact rules the player violated. If the bookmaker loses money because its odds are value bets, that's its problem, not the player's.
