However, instead of fighting for Nico Williams, now Barcelona has agreed to sign Roony Bardghji, a 19-year-old Right Winger from Conpenhagen. That Swedish winger will start with Barcelona in July. but this is quite reasonable because his market value is only around € 7.50m.
I consider it as a smart decision from Barcelona as this young player has potential of growing up more in coming years. If he actually does considerable growth, it will money saving for Barcelona than spending a lot of money for Nico Williams. I don't know that whether this transfer means Barcelona already officially gave up their interest in a transfer of Williams but I hope they will not make this transfer.
Barcelona must maintain their good performances in La Liga and Champions League while manage their finance very carefully and must avoid over spendings in both player transfers and player salary in coming years.
