Let's forget about age as something that will limit a player from playing at his best and Paul still has that flexibility in him to do his job when the time comes, the only thing is just that in football the management of every club sees players in their 30s as a liability so is best they push them away and let the young ones in, I understand that idea and sometimes I agree with that decision.
For me I'd say give Paul Pogba time and I believe he'll perform more than we expect, Paul can make the midfield of Monaco be at their best and who knows, they can even compete for the Ligue 1 title next season and he can't be a risk to the club, a better addition to the squad if you ask me.
We have seen a lot of players play actively till 35 to even 38, all that matters is that they are able to help the team in one way or another. Compared to others Pogba is still very much Young and I don't think he will have hard times playing in the French League, the league is one of the soft leagues I know and with Pogba's talent I believe he will be very helpful to them.
I think he will perform well immediately he doesn't need much time, I believe he has been training every since the ban and with all that all he needs now is just a little match fitness and he is good to go. Pogba at 32 is far better than a lot of players younger than him. Age matters sometimes but it's good for a team to have some experienced playersbin their midst.
As he is still very active, 32 is relatively young. So I don't think it should be treated as liability. And for me, that age with so much experience in the field can still offer a lot to the team.
