In the Champions League I don't think it makes any difference what their squad will be, nothing depends on it. The Champions League is about endurance and the ability to withstand any opponent, and for that you just need a balanced team with players who work well together and lastly to work on tactics. You can put together a star-studded squad, but it's unlikely to achieve greatness in the Champions League

So finally PSG smashed through their UCL roof. After spending considerable funds year after year, and a heartbreaking experience, they finally exploded with a 5-0 historic domination against Milan at the Allianz Arena. It is Luis Enrique who comes up with his squad just like a killer team and claims their first ever UCL crown. You know he made it possible without any superstar and used only strategy and tactics.

Now, come to the point heavyweights teams like Liverpool, Man City, Bayern, Barça, and Madrid have already started sugar rush in transfer game, targeting the next season's final. But what you learnt from  Enrique's success with PSG without having any superstar on his squad? Only one thing indicates there is no toptier team who could challenge for the title unless the coach bring unique tactics and a championship mentality to the players. You know, most of the teams in the Champions League are very strong. So winning the UCL requires not only a strong squad but also experienced coaches and a decent match strategy.
