First Pogba and now Fati. Even though both deals carry quite much risk on one hand, these are still decent moves for Monaco. 
How much will these signings help them though?
They can surely be bigger favourites for the 2nd position compared to Marseille. But not more than that honestly.
Nobody can fight a this strong PSG right now. We rarely see them losing the title to someone else. A complete domination.
The addition of Pogba and Ansu Fati could at least make AS Monaco consistent in Ligue 1, as well as increase their chances of going further in the Champions League. PSG dominance in Ligue 1 will not be shaken even if AS Monaco manages to sign both players, finishing in the second position in the standings seems more realistic for them next season. It's been a long time since I saw Pogba in action on the field, and I think Pogba is very lucky to get a leniency after filing an appeal in court.
